Although every CASA school is different and has its own strengths, hopefully this will give you an idea of the type of excellent schools we represent.

Here are some facts about SCS:
-Total Annual Cost: $45,000
-AP Classes: 10 AP Courses / Also has “dual enrollment”
-Total students in high school: 320
-Campus size: 40 acres
-Total Chinese students: 15-20
-English requirements: itep (SLATE) and TOFEL are the most common tests that are required. The minimum test score required depends upon the grade level for which the student has applied.
-In the three Southside Christian Classes of 2017, 2018, 2019, a total of 18 Chinese students graduated and went on to study at some of the top universities in the USA. The mean (average) SAT score of those 18 was 1360 (we did not eliminate those with just mediocre scores when we determined the mean score).
Like most of our schools, Southside is a Christian school. This means that the school follows the teachings of Christ, and all of the teachers and administrators are Christians. CASA has found, over the years, that most Chinese families discover that Christian families hold many similar conservative family values as Chinese families do. Students applying for the school do not have to be Christians themselves, but are asked to attend church with their American host family.
